Hello,

I wanted to see if anyone new a good appraiser in the LA Area. I am looking to get my PMI removed and my lender is asking that i have the house appraised first.

You don’t pick the appraiser. I believe this is due to Dodd-Frank. You pay for the appraisal and they will assign someone independent.
