Southern Oregon networking

Hi everyone,

Right before Covid, I was inspired by reading one of the Bigger Pockets books to get my RE license as leverage in my own investing and found that I really enjoy helping others as well. For myself, I'd like to start with flipping 3-5 properties and then transition to BRRRR, but haven't pulled the trigger. I live in Southern Oregon in the Applegate valley and would love to develop connections with experienced and motivated investors and realtors in our area to at least be inspired by, but hopefully create mutually beneficial relationships. The local REI groups have been kinda sluggish (or non existent) since Covid, but I'm keeping a pulse on them. Please reach out if you have any interest in connecting.

Cheers!
