3 Tips for Before I Become a Real Estate Agent

3 years from now, I will hopefully be a seminary school graduate and working 5 years post- undergraduate. At my current job, I have learned how to convert leads into clients, manage two off- campus college properties with 1,000 beds and 450 beds, and clean common student areas. I begin school in the Fall and right now I am looking for a new job in Finance/ Architecture/ Property Management.

My goal is to receive my real estate license by the end of this summer to become a Buyers Agent.

What are 3 tips that you have for preparing to become a real estate agent?

Also, what are 3 tips that you have for strategizing to become a Full- Time Real Estate Agent within 3 years of launching?
