Any thoughts on Iron Valley brokerage

Hello all,

I am a soon to be licensed argent trying to decide what brokerage to hang my license with. Wondering if anyone here has any experience with Iron Valley. They are somewhat newer but seem to have a good presence and they appear to be very agent friendly. I would appreciate any tips or opinions you can offer. Thanks for reading.
