How to fix CRE Broker data error

I'm a partner in 4 of 6 contiguous parcels in Gardena, CA. One of the properties lists WrongOwner/Address etc. as someone not associated with the property in the CRE broker database(s). I've verified there is no cloud of title, and found the deeds that WrongOwner recorded last year. One of his parcel numbers is one digit different from ours. I assume the AI that scraped the files made an error. So who/what is the source that I can get this fixed?

The property is very hot right now (<0.2% submarket vacancy) and extraordinary unsolicited offers are falling from the sky. However, because the parcels don't appear to be contiguous - we could be missing opportunities from buyer brokers.  In the last week 3 different brokers said the same thing, including Colliers and CBRE.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
