Listing brokers

Do you share info with sellers when an offer on their property is received? My broker seems a bit lax on keeping me in the loop

Its a real hot market and i listed a very aggressive price and getting 10+ viewings/day and offers. I shouldnt have to ask him to share the info should i?

Maybe picked the wrong broker

It would be very unusual that they would not tell you about offers.

They want to sell the property as much as you do I would think in most cases.

They don't get paid until you get paid?

What would make you think they have offers in hand that they are not sharing with you?
