Hello, I am going to be pursuing my real estate salesperson license over this summer and am looking for good real estate agent books to read up on as well as suggestions and advice on being an agent. I am in Massachusetts for reference and I appreciate all the advice!

An agent-friend of mine gave me one of Gary Keller's books, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent when I first started out with my classes last October. Lots of solid principles and practices in there and I've recently picked up the book again. It's a gold mine in itself and I'm only at the tip of the iceberg!
