im completely new to this so i have no idea how to handle it. my grandmother is wanting to give me, we went to the tax office and they are saying there is no deed in her name. she bought this property in 1985 and on the county website she is listed as the owner and the property taxes come in her name every year. what do we need to do to be able to transfer this property?

brenda sanjuan is my grandmother able phyllis the previous. we are completely lost as she has had this property for 36 years
