NC broker looking for property management brokerage firm

I got my NC license last year hoping to help build my rental property portfolio, but I have had several friends of mine ask if I would manage their properties and unfortunately the brokerage I currently work for only does residential buying and selling and I cannot do property mangement through them. Since I have only been an agent for a year I cannot get my BIC certification for a few years to open my own LLC.

Does anyone on here know of a good firm that would be open to dual affiliation or just property management in general that are open to new agents in Charlotte, NC?

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!
