Hi, I want to buy Multi Family (3 units) in SF all occupied. Is that possible for me to move   One of this unit and evict the tenant. They all live there already 10+ years. Please advice. Thank you !

You can do an owner move in if you want to live in one of the units or do an Ellis Act removing all the units from rental markets and selling them as TIC units.
