Hello! I am relocating to Charleston, SC in June and am in need of a great agent and contacts. I have been doing an owner occupied rental in New Hampshire for the last 2 years in a SFH and am looking to buy a multi-unit property, living in one and renting out the others. Mahalo!

Hi Nick- first off, thank you for your service. My husband is in the military stationed in NH as well. I'm an agent here, not sure if you were looking to sell your property or hold onto it, but I know agents in SC that I could get you connected with to buy a multifamily there.
