Looking for property managers to speak with

Hey all. I am new to real estate investing and have narrowed my focus to a couple of places where I am considering purchasing my first properties. My mentor suggested I talk with a property manager in each area to understand more about the communities in those markets and narrow down which places I want to analyze properties in. Can anyone recommend a property manager in Chattanooga, TN, or Jacksonville, FL that would be good to speak with?
