Setting up a new STR near Disney

I am purchasing a STR property near Disney but live in Pennsylvania. I'm looking for someone local in Florida to help set up the property (it needs some furnishings, accents, pictures, etc. as well as a new lock, ring doorbell, noiseaware, etc.). Does anyone know someone who offers STR setup services near Disney?
