Big Brokerage vs. Small Brokerage

Hello BP, so I am beginning my journey in becoming a real estate agent. However my hold up at the moment is what brokerage should I begin to apply to? Can someone give me some insight or pros and cons when it comes to a first year at a large brokerage vs a first year at a small brokerage? For example a large brokerage being like Keller Williams and small brokerage being one with 10-50 employees.

I just want to set myself up in the best possible position to have a successful real estate career. Can someone give me some advice on beginning and what should be my first steps. Thank You!
