Real Estate Broker dues

Hi team,

I originally obtained my Oregon RE Broker license in order to have access to the MLS and to be able to run accurate comps for my investing purposes - not to assist people in buying/selling property. I signed up with a commission-only online brokerage in order to keep fees low. I guess I was not quite aware of the quarterly RMLS/Sentry lock fees and ridiculous annual REALTOR and local association dues.

If I decide not to pay these, what are the consequences other than losing my license? Can they report me to credit agencies and hurt my credit? Will it be difficult to get reinstated if I want to pursue again in the future? Any other considerations I should know?

Thanks for your help :)
