How to establish relationship with realtors to get them feed you leads?

I'm a cash buyer and looking for deals to buy in Philadelphia surrounding counties. I heard from everyone that have reo agent feed you deals is a great strategy . How do I find the best listing agent that would bring me the deal before they list the property on mls where evening bid up price ? Thanks!
