Hello All,

Looking to start & host an in person “mastermind” meetup bi-weekly.

I am quite new to bigger pockets and have learned an enormous amount. Although I’m grateful for the access to online education, I’m prepared to level up my education by networking with other investors. Rookies & veterans alike.

We recently purchased a SFR (buy & hold) & a 2nd home/STR both in CA. Although not entirely a rookie, still very new to this world of endless options for our next RE investment move as well as the various tax strategies to understand & deploy.
