Should I run for the hills when there is mold Brrr
I saw some crazy prices in Toronto Canada and noticed right away there is mold. This is a Townhouse that is old style with common hallways on the first and third floor. With the way they are joined there must be mold throughout the condo. Looks like the fees are not being paid by all the owners so they are jumping ship. I just don’t feel comfortable renting out the unit without addressing the mold and costs to see if it will still add up. My concern is will the cause happen again if all the units don’t treat the problem
