Using Proof of Funds
for a new wholesaler, if someone ask me to show proof of funds, how should i go about that and get that documentation. THX!

If you need to show proof of funds to the tune of, say, $250,000, then I would suggest depositing $250,000 into a checking account, and showing the other party a copy of the bank statement.
Intentionally deceiving someone, in the hopes of attaining financial benefit, is fraud.
