Interest in Crowdsourced Investing

Been on this site for a while, first time posting. I want to get into real estate investing, but I'm waiting on some things first (i.e. cash flow, credit, etc.), at least waiting to be able to make the first big purchase. In the meantime, I'm interested in getting involved with investing capital towards projects, real estate properties, rentals, etc. I've funded crowdsourced loans before with Lending Club, but wanted to get some suggestions on similar platforms, but real estate based. I'm not accredited and have no intention of being so any time soon. 

What Crowdsource sites have worked for you, and which ones to stay away from?
