Is this a good property?

Hello,

I am a total newbie and was just wondering if someone would be willing to analyze this property: 
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3829-Glengarry-Ave-Kalamazoo-MI-49004/84498155_zpid/

I am looking to buy a place to live in for a year, then to rent it out afterwards. I could renovate it while living in it. Just wanted to see if this would be a good buy.

Alternatively, please recommend a place where I could get paid advice on this from someone experienced.
