Wholesale contracts/attorneys DMV area
Hi everyone,
I just completed a really great course called "Springboard to Wealth" that went over the intricacies of getting started in wholesaling. I am very eager to start door knocking, cold calling etc... but the only thing that holds me back is having a legitimate contract to sign with the seller if I am able to negotiate the price I want.
I know there are lots of boiler plate contracts out there, and some even use the MLS contract with a contingency that the deal "can be assigned".
I am wondering if anyone out there can give me some advice for finding a good contract purchase agreement and assignment contract. Should I just go to an attorney and have them create these for me? I am little worried about how much this would cost.
Any advice helps, thank you guys!!
