Just getting started, Is this a good Rehab to Rental
Hey BP, I have been listening to BP for a little while now and have been trying to make the leap into buying my first rental property. I have a bit of analysis paralysis and am trying to not disappoint my wife. I have been looking at this deal near my house. 1 acr lot with 3 separate homes on it. a 2/1 home a 1/1 cottage and a 2/1 mobile home. rehab will be necessary. Area is secluded but about to become busy. 250k with a previous buyer not going through with the deal. I currently am still employed as a FF/Medic for a local department so I have some time in between shifts to work on it myself with some resources. Any ideas?
