Yellow letter campaign started

Just wanted to write and say after listening to the bigger pockets podcasts I have gone ahead and started my yellow letter campaign. I am completely new to this but I'm looking at getting started into wholesaling. After about six months of analysis paralysis; I decided to start marketing to my local Lis pendens list. This is my first attempt at marketing and I will go ahead and report back here as to how much success I have if that will help anybody.
