Have not bought a house yet, I'm a little worried about it. But, I thought I would put together a introduction document for when I need to go to private/hard money lenders to explain who I am. I have read that it's a good idea to have a little write-up available. Anyway, I just was hoping to get some eyes on it and see what you guys think. Thanks!
