Where to find wholesaling lists?

Good evening,

I am a Property Manager for an investor in the DC/Maryland area. I am looking to step into the real estate acquistions market and wanted to know if any investors or wholesalers in the area wanted to connect. Wanted to find good sources for wholesale lists in the area. I also have connections in Houston and am looking forward to networking with people from Houston as well if there is interest.
