Looking to start flipping and need a good vetted GC.

@Julio Velazquez going about it all wrong ..How do you even know a good deal from a bad deal ? You do not know repair costs or values of properties  You need to learn your market  1st BEFORE anything else. Connect with a local investor, bring him deals, learn then apply what you learn, you are no ready
