I am new to RE. I am trying to figure out how to catch the attention of bankers and investors so that they will carve a little time to talk with me. It really boils down to my wording. I am try like He(( to grab attention and let the people in my market know I am real and willing to do what it takes but I want to do it smart and not lose my a$$ in the mean time. It is about education for me. I am going to school to become an appraiser, very beneficial, the more I know...... But How do I get people who have the knowledge I don't to talk to me.
