Forming my partnership
Hello! I'm currently working with an investor to purchase a property under 4 units. However, I'm not sure how the % split should go. His name will be on the loan but I'll be doing all the management and renovation. We will be splitting all the costs down the middle. What do you think is fair for this? I have experience in renovations and managment while he's primarily just the source of financing.
