Just to be clear I’m not so sure that is a true statement. To generate leads it typically takes real money. Even the driving for dollar myth takes real gas and unless your Living with your mama you still have bills to pay at the same time. Most of the pay your bills and get rich wholesaling, because I’m broke and then Cheered on by the newbies and folks that never wholesale seems to be the norm. Good leads are harder to come by than people think. I am not railing on wholesalers I am railing on the people that tell folks to wholesale that it’s easy and they never wholesaled themselves.
