How do you structure investor partnerships?

I’m listening to BP Real Estate Podcast with Dave Green and Ashley Kehr (epsode 519). I’ve been actively investing and working in Real Estate for the last 6 years. We stopped purchasing properties last year to relocate to the Concord/Charlotte metro area and now I am ready to get back to it! I’ve learned much of what I know from BP and found that instantly applying the take aways from here is how you’ll one day find yourself as a successful investor in RE.

One key take away that I heard in this episode includes; Asking partners how they want to structure the partnership, as opposed to just dictating terms.

If you are wanting to get into this market how would you structure a partnership with someone active in that current market?
