Construction permit and requirements

Hey all, glad to finally be here; I recently acquired my first plot of land in a small town called Rawdon here in Quebec and my partner and I are planning on building a SFH on it to sell . I was wondering if there was anyone on this feed experienced with Canadian permits and documentation that are required to proceed with getting a construction permit. Thank you!
