Who do you use for creating LLC's to protect your properties?

Dear Forum... I've heard LegalZoom doesn't offer enough protections for a rental property and that the LLC operating documents should be drafted thoroughly/specifically if the LLC is being used to protect a rental asset.

However, some "online lawyers" (promotion on YouTube) like KKOS lawyers, Anderson Advisors, and Lawyers Limited, just ask for you to input your details on their websites, and then give your credit card for the LLC.  Who knows if they have more secure operating documentation, or if it is actually protecting your property?

Does anyone have a positive experience in ordering an LLC from a lawyer specifically for asset protection of a rental property?  I would really appreciate some help.  So far this is how much I have been quoted...

KKOS:
$800.00 + state fees with lawyer
$450.00 + state fees with paralegal

Anderson Advisors:
$1,500.00

Lawyers Limited:
packages from $149.00 ~ $399.00 + state fees
