How to calculate short term rentals

Hello everyone. I'm new to investing with rental properties and I was wondering if someone could give me some tips how to calculate ROI for short term rentals. I have a property I'm interested in and I am wondering if it will be better for long term renting vs putting on airbnb? For long term renting it will bring 7% cash on cash
