College Student Looking For Experience!

Hi everyone,

My name is Ben Grierson and I am a student at UT Austin living in the Austin area. I have been listening to bigger pockets for half a year now and I am extremely interested in learning the real estate game. If anyone has advice or needs help with a property in the Austin area I am here to help. Please reach out, I do have experience in single-family home construction so if you need help rehabbing or managing a property I would love to help.

In addition to that, what do y'all think is the best way to gain funding at a young age? Also, how should I go about creating a team to buy in an out-of-market area because Austin is a really tough place to buy your first home right now?

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from y'all!
