new to real estate and need loan knowledge
Hey Guys, I'm new to the real estate seen but got my foot in a little by managing one of my families rental properties. I now want to get my own and I have about 10%-15% saved up. I currently have my own place I live in for free from family, so I can afford the mortgage on the single family I want to buy but don't know what type of loan to get that would allow me to rent it out without having to live in it for a year? Please help advise the different types
