Hey all!

Looking to buy my first rental property in the coming months/year. I live in Fort Collins, Colorado and I would love to meet up with other investing pros/noobs in the area! I have a decently rounded understanding of what rental investing will take but I really want to learn and hone in on a system that works for others and might be able to work for me. 

Real estate agents, Attorneys, CPA's, Contractors, other investors, etc... Let's meet up and chat!
