This is a fake concept. What you are likely referring to is virtual wholesaling. These are traps for investors who want the work to be done for them and it does not work that way. How could you do a micro-flip from your laptop? A flip is a renovation. A wholesale swap is what they are referring to, but what do you know about real estate, repair costs, ARV, and talking to off-market sellers that makes you think this is good idea?
