Acquiring other peoples money for investment
I have been scouring these real estate sites for months to try and understand as much as possible. I bet I’ve watched every single real estate video on YouTube. Only to be annoyed at the end of each of video.
My question is how do you find investors to front you the money at a negotiable interest rate? I have a few investment properties that I’m extremely positive on I’m just strapped for cash on the down payment.
