Anne Arundel Co. MD Lease Agreement

I am a newbie to real estate investing and being a landlord. I closed on a single family home in Anne Arundel County, MD, on Aug. 30th of this year. I found a renter and am now looking for a lease agreement that will be a good fit for the county and the state of Maryland. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I could find such a lease? Thanks.
