hello , I am German alpapucho I am new in the Real state buz and i am trying to buy my first rental property, if you can help me with the situation, i am putting down a 20% on the property. I want to put the property under an llc but my lender doesn't want me to. he says i have to put it under my name. can i please get some help and insight?
