Navarre, FL house hack?

Noel Nason
Posted

Just moved to FL from NH I’ve put an offer in on a home listed at $345k put my offer in at $325 realistically will probably finally settle on $335k.
the house is 10 minutes from the beach is a 3 bed 3bath home, but also has a rentable space above the garage with a private entrance. Because I don’t have all the info for this market about what closing costs, and other expenses may be it is difficult to run through the calculators. I am hoping this is a decent deal for a house hack. I believe that the space above the garage can easily bring 11-1200 per month. In addition I will be turning our 5th wheel rv into an Airbnb. Checking those numbers could bring an additional $500 per week when it’s rented.

Any opinions, advice, other knowledge?

Thanks
