Exam result wait time

Hello, I took my NYS licensing exam on July 30th 2021 at the Hauppauge location. They said it would take at least 6 weeks but that has long passed and I’m still seeing “waiting for score”. Did anyone else test at that location that day? I have tried calling and emailing the state but no luck reaching anyone yet.
