Is it possible to get 100% loan finance for an investment propert

Posted

Hi I'm 22 recent graduate, just started my career as an accountant, credit is in the 715-730s, no student loan. Is it possible to get 100% loan finance for an investment property, if so how do I go about it?

It would be a better idea to,

1. find a partner with money

2. save up the DP

You will be spinning your wheels trying to find 100% financing as a new investor. Ask yourself the question, would you lend someone 100% of a home purchase if they had no experience or skin in the game? The answer would probably be a no lol.
