Property Inherited want to get into multi-family investing
i have inherited a property in what everyone is telling me is a hot market. My ultimate goal would be to sell what I have and find a quadplex to buy. I am wanting to act upon this sooner than later and make the correct mistakes. Not sure if I need and agent for this or maybe a lawyer? What would be my first few steps(I am already in process of getting said property in my name, should be completed next week) Who should I be contacting?
Any words of wisdom or advice would be awesome.
