Window Vs Wall A/C units
Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone has experience to share on this topic. I see many houses a duplexes that have awkward window A/C installations. In the past I have worked on a few projects where we installed through the wall a/c units in sleeves. Aside from being slightly more complicated to install why don't more rentals have them installed in this way. In most cases it would allow for you to still see out of and operate the window. If installed correctly it will also make the unit much less drafty in the winter.
What are your thoughts?
