Greetings All!  I'm new to real estate and am in the process of conducting due diligence on a potential multi-family investment in Duluth, MN.  I live in Minneapolis and would love to connect with folks who can add value to my project.  Specifically looking for info on rental regulations in this market.  Licensing, inspections, requirements, etc.  Would love to hear testimonials too!  Happy to be here and thankful for all the resources BiggerPockets provides!
