I'm looking to find mailing addresses of investors that paid cash for properties.I do have a list to start from. In the Auditor website,if the owner's and the mailing address is the same,even doe the selling price is very very low,does that means that's a homeowner,and not an investor.I have a list of cash buyers,but some of the addreses are the same.what is that telling me.
