Hey guys! So pretty soon I'll be taking a 6 month vacation courtesy of the United States Airforce, and as an avid reader and aspiring real estate investor I'd really like to amass a good list of books to devour while i'm gone. Here's what I have so far, please add your own!! Also all of these came from some of my favorite guests on the podcasts, just fyi.

Rich dad Poor dad (This one seems obligatory)

Trump Style Negotiation by George Ross

The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs by J Scott

How I turned $1,000 into Five Million in Real Estate by William Nickerson

ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy’s

What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow... And 36 Other Key Financial Measures by Frank Gallinelli

Any books you've read, or plan to read would be awesome! I would really like to get some books for the areas of; What to look for in a market, and learning a market effectively and efficiently, developing a marketing system that will help you from beginner to intermediate levels, negotiation from the beginning to the end of the deal, and just more basic terms and definitions books (I can always use more of these). If you can add ANYTHING i'd really appreciate it, thanks!
