Made an offer on my first investment property!

Wish me luck guys as I just put an offer on my first investment property! If my offer is accepted I plan on fixing and flipping this home to make a pretty nice profit! I was given some inside info on a house that the owner was willing to let go for just the unpaid property taxes so hopefully they accept! I've been lurking on here since about novemeber or so and after all of the reading and success stories on here I'm finally taking the next step! Ill keep you guys posted.
